TNRERA- Registration By RealEstate Agent

APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION BY REAL ESTATE AGENT

Steps to be followed:

1. Download the real estate agent application form CREAA_Real_Estate_Agent_Registration

2. Fill in the relevant details in the application form

3. Download ‘Form G’ CREAA-FORM-G

4. Fill in the relevant details in ‘Form G’

5. Pay the registration fee by Demand Draft favoring “TAMIL NADU REAL ESTATE REGULATORY AUTHORITY(TNRERA)” and payable at Chennai For Rs. 25,000 For Individuals & Rs.50,000 for other than Individuals

6. A Copy of the DD should be sent along with the application

7. A copy of the Receipt/Challan should be sent along with the application

8. Submit the filled in forms along with the supporting documents manually in the office of Chennai Real Estate Agents Association (CREAA), #8, 2nd Floor, Cisons Complex, 104 Montieth Road, Egmore, Chennai 600 008


 

Following Documents Are Required:

1. One Page Company Profile

2. Scanned Copy of the DD

3. Photographs of Proprietor / Partners / Directors

4. ID & Address Proof of Proprietor / Partners / Directors

5. Particulars of Registration of Company Partnership Deed / COI / AOA / MOA

6. Copy Of PAN Card

7. Address Proof For Place of Business

8. Details of RERA Registration in any other state
